I'm Feeling 22!

And that's because I am 22. Today was my birthday. It was a nice low key celebration that made me feel really loved by all the people around me.
I got some decorations and beautiful flowers at work today.

 I don't like birthday cake, and recently I love popcorn. My mother-in-law made caramel corn for everyone. She also made one of my favourite ice cream treats and put all the candles in it.

 Eric knew how disappointed I was this year about not being able to carve pumpkins. We had some left over, and they picked up a couple of more and everyone carved pumpkins together for my birthday.

I am very in to live entertainment right now. I don't know what it is, but I have really loved catching little performances all around town that I hear about mostly on CBC Radio. Eric was excited to show me a Calgary tradition, and for my present he bought me tickets to Theater Calgary's A Christmas Carol. The performance is on the 29th, and I am so excited! I can't wait.
