2 Beautiful Brides

I promise that this will be the last time I talk about work. Some times it's scary to start a new job, some times it's exciting, some times it's both. This was has been so much fun getting into. I just love watching all the girls try on these beautiful dresses, and I love it even more when I get to work with them and give them dresses to try on. I love when they have the same taste as me and I get to give them ones that I like to see on.
Today I took two appointments. The first girl is getting married in Vegas in May, so she wanted something simple and light and flowy. She also had to buy off the rack, which is really hard to do because of the sizes and condition of our sample dresses. Her and I picked out all those light airy dresses. Her sister picked one that was fited and satin and lots of beading around the neckline, which is not what she thought she wanted. It looked gorgeous though. No one could deny it, it was her dress. After much deliberation, she took home the dress. Everyone was happy.
My second bride was more difficult I felt like. She was supper high maintenace, really sassy, wanting to spend a lot of money, and a fashion designer. How do I appeal to that. Luckily I happen to have very expensive taste as well when it comes to the dresses in our store. Lots of lace; which she loves too. So I pulled her a bunch of dresses and she pulled a bunch too. After much much much deliberation, she went home with the last, of the dresses that I picked, that I thought she would. The important thing is though, that I picked that dress.
I sold two beautiful dresses to two beautiful brides. And I promise that's the last you'll hear about work!
