Happy Birthday Weekend!

This was a very special birthday weekend for grandmas and mothers.
Today (the 22nd) is my Grandmother's birthday. My mom's mom. I love my grandma (as most of us do) and am sad to be so very far away from her. I hope she still knows that Eric and I (and all who know her) love love love her very much, and are thinking of her on this very special day. Thank you Susan for being born, because if you weren't I would not have the wonderful mother I do. 
Saturday (the 21st) we celebrated my mother-in-law's birthday. The whole family (18 of us, the ones who live here in Calgary) got together for a good meal and some good fun; namely Mario Kart and the hot tub!I have a great mother-in-law who helps me to feel a mother's love every day that I have to be so far away from my own mother. Thank you Dalene for being born, because if you weren't I would not have the wonderful husband I do.
What great women I am blessed to know and have as examples in my life. How lucky we are to have these very happy, healthy and strong mothers, grandmothers, aunts, sisters, and friends to celebrate!
