- the actress they used for Katniss: I feel she did a good job. I thought she played the overwhelmed, shell shocked, sheltered, small town hunting girl very well.
- Peta was much better looking in the movie than I expected. At first glance of the stills and other photos, I thought he looked like a Backstreet Boy. I was not impressed, now I am.
- I almost peed with excitement on several occasions, when so many things were said.
- It was very fast paced. They did a good job of including everything from the book well, but because they did that it goes very fast, and you might miss something the first time if you're not careful. Heck, I probably did miss something (even on top of the time I actually had to pee)
Also, I realised that my husband reminds me of Peta. Peta was always my favourite in the books, but the pictures of his Backstreet Boyness made me turn on him. After seeing the movie though, I am still on board with Peta and love him more because of Eric. I know it's weird. Get over it! I love it.
That's all for now. Maybe I'll have more for you next time I see it, but I'm kind of over it now and just want to see the second one. And also, Titanic 3D. Can't wait!
