Lobster Mash

Last Sunday I ate lobster for the very first time. I've lived on the east coast for 5 years before now and never had the desire to try it. My husband's work team started it. They got the lobsters, they cooked the lobsters, and all I had to do was eat it. Easy? No. It was one of the most challenging and confusing culinary experiences of all my meals; as demonstrated.
It turned out good though. I hated the tail, but liked the pincers. Eric and I were quite proud of me by the end of it though. Only the ones who know me well know how much I hate meals like this one; fighting for the food through the slime and the grime. I HATE it. So trying and almost enjoying the lobster, not to shabby over all, I'd say.

The rest of the day was enjoyed in the sunshine and beautiful atmosphere of this fine city. I love our life. It is so great to be here, no matter what.
