#13 Halifax Metro Ferry

There is a walk-on ferry that goes from the Dartmouth side of the harbour, over to the Halifax side, right into downtown. It's just a 5 r 6 minute ride really, but it's just a way to get there that's a little more fun than the bus or the car. Get out and feel the extreme amount of wind in your hair. Today was a very windy day!
Eric has never taken this ferry before so I decided to take him on it today. I take everyone who comes into town on the ferry because it's just an easy and fun up close way to experience the waterfront.
So we waited in line for a long time for the ferry. I look pictures and Eric played Pocket Frogs. Then we got on the ferry and rode over to Halifax. We walked the board walk and got another couple glances at some tall ships, and had a very extensive conversation about when a boat becomes a ship and what that includes.

We met my mom at the market, looked around then helped her pack up and come home. Today was not a successful day at the market for me. I think I sold only canvases, but whatever. I have a special canvas project to work on this week that I will show when the weekend comes!
Right now is movie and/or games night with Eric.
