4 Months Old

Cecelia turned 4 months old this week. She's growing so much, I almost can't believe it. She talks and smiles all the time now; she giggles a little more often - although not consistently; she plays all kinds of games and loves toys. This month she really started to learn more about her hands and fingers. She grabs at everything now, including my hair. It's so much fun to watch her figure out her soother. If her hands aren't busy with something else, she's always holding on to her soother and playing with it a bit. She's even managed to (accidentally) grab it and put it back in her mouth a couple of times. It's so much fun to watch her learn to use her body.
She's always been good with other people and has never played shy with anyone. Now she's getting really close to reaching for people she likes. You can tell she wants to, she's just figuring it all out.
She's doing a lot of that lately - just figuring it all out.

This is her very favourite toy. She plays with it all the time.
