Okay, so I know you hear about this every Saturday, but today is a special day.
Eric and I got up early this morning so that he could come down and take a peak on a Saturday morning, to see what the market is really all about. He came with me the other day, but it was a weekday so it was slow and there was nothing going on.
I was really excited for him to come this morning and see where our booth is and to show him all the things I love to see there. We saw one booth that he pointed out. It's a lady who makes all different kinds of bag out of old sails from sail boats and things. I think they're really neat actually. He said that was one of his favourite things to see, and I smiled and thought that was nice, and he says "don't you remember?". I said "What?". He then tells me he's already been here before and seen all the things I showed him today. I did not remember this, but apparently I brought him there last Christmas when we were home to visit. And Apparently, he forgot to remind me of this every time I've asked him for the past few weeks to come down with me for a Saturday. Apparently, I love this place!
This is the building where my mom and I share a booth. This was my last week living here in Halifax though so we're going to have to just wait and see how things at the market pan out. If this was the last week for me though, it was a good last week.
