Our Last Day

The last day we had together before Eric went back to work I decided I wanted to be a nice relaxing staycation day. We decided to spend some time in our old neighbourhood of Bridgeland. This is the area of town where we lived when we were very first married - only for a couple of months. We really enjoyed this part of town, and it's only gotten nicer since we left. I'd love to live over here when we buy a house. Too bad lots of other people would love to as well - that makes it expensive. But we enjoyed a nice walk together, and then headed over to a burger place downtown for lunch.
Cecelia sat, for the first time, in her big girl stroller seat today - as opposed to her car seat on the stroller.
I love Calgary.
This is Clive Burger. Eric and I first noticed this place two years ago when we spent Valentine's Day downtown. I've wanted to go ever since, but today we made it there for the first time. I liked it. I think I like other burger places more, but you just can't beat the setting of right downtown on Seventeenth Ave. As far as atmosphere goes, it makes it a lot more fun than others.
