Beautiful Bride

I got a job today. You guess it, at Beautiful Bride. I start on Saturday, so we'll see how it goes then! It should be kind of fun though, selling wedding dresses all day long. I have high hopes.
Something I obviously got to thinking about, while I sat in that beautiful room, with the beautiful dresses, and a woman trying some on for her big beautiful day coming up in June, was my own big white dress. I didn't buy my dress in a fancy dress store, that was never my plan. My mom is an amazing seamstress and so I always wanted her to do the honours of dressing me up and making me feel beautiful on that day; and that she did. My dress (and also my flowers) were my favourite part about the day. It turned out perfect, even after all the stress. It was exactly what I wanted. Take a look:

The only down side to the whole thing is that I don't know that it will be enough hours for enough pay to really get Eric and I out and standing on our own. I'll have to keep looking, which is not what I like to do, but it needs to be done. This will hold us over til then anyway!
